Hiring an attorney is a serious decision and should be made cautiously and after careful consideration. When you are faced with criminal charges this decision is even more important! You must find an attorney with experience in the criminal field. You should consider: how long the attorney has been licensed; where the attorney has been employed and in what capacity; how many criminal cases they have handled; which counties the attorney has appeared in court; whether the attorney regularly goes to trial and selects juries; and whether the attorney makes you feel comfortable.
Remember, the attorney you choose will guide you through the criminal system and will provide you with the information necessary to make important decisions. You should be able to contact your lawyer and speak directly with that lawyer. You should be able to ask questions and get answers that are helpful and make you feel knowledgeable about your particular situation. No attorney can make any promises about results. However, Adrienne Bucchi can promise that she will work hard to achieve your goals and to keep you informed through every step.
